Candesco respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal data.
1. Data Collection
We collect basic account and app data needed to operate the application, including email address, username, user ID, CNDS balance, app progress, reward status, mining status, badge progress, friend connections, referral activity, and related in-app activity.
2. Authentication and Infrastructure
Candesco uses Google Firebase services for authentication, database storage, app security, and infrastructure.
The primary Cloud Firestore database is configured in eur6 (Zürich, Switzerland).
Some Firebase, Google, AdMob, security, diagnostic, or infrastructure services may process data in other regions according to their own policies and technical requirements.
3. Advertising
Candesco may use Google AdMob to display optional advertisements.
AdMob and related Google services may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, interaction data, and usage data in accordance with Google’s own policies.

4. App Security
Candesco may use Firebase App Check, account rules, rate limits, and other security tools to help protect the app from abuse, bots, automated traffic, modified apps, fake accounts, and unauthorized access.
5. Local Data
Some preferences, settings, local wallet display data, scratch availability, social boost status, and temporary app state may be stored locally on your device.
6. Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly inside the application through Settings → Delete Account.
When an account is deleted, personal data such as email address, public profile, username, profile photo reference, and referral code are removed or disabled.
Some anonymized technical records may remain for security, anti-abuse, system integrity, and operational purposes. These records are not intended to identify the deleted user publicly.
7. Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated over time. If important changes are made, users may be asked to review and accept the updated terms again.
