1. Fair Use
Users may not use automation, bots, scripts, emulators, modified apps, exploits, fake accounts, or multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
Violations may result in account suspension, termination, feature restriction, or reset of CNDS balances.

2. Virtual Rewards
CNDS and other in-app rewards are virtual app units only.
They are used for engagement, progression, and simulation inside the Candesco app.
They do not represent money, securities, cryptocurrency, ownership rights, or any guaranteed future claim.

3. Referral, Friends, Ads, and Promotions
Referral rewards, friend boosts, ad boosts, scratch rewards, promo codes, badges, and other reward mechanics are part of the virtual simulation.
Candesco may change reward amounts, limits, availability, eligibility, or rules over time to protect fairness, security, and sustainability.

4. Service Changes
Candesco may modify, pause, limit, reset, or discontinue features, rewards, balances, app mechanics, or access if needed for security, technical, legal, operational, or ecosystem reasons.

5. Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "as is" and "as available".
Candesco shall not be liable for data loss, technical errors, service interruptions, reward calculation changes, third-party service issues, advertising availability, or damages arising from use of the application.

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Legal Disclaimer

Candesco is a virtual engagement and reward simulation application.

• Virtual Units:
CNDS is a symbolic, virtual in-app unit used exclusively within the Candesco ecosystem.
CNDS is NOT a cryptocurrency, blockchain token, security, financial instrument, investment product, or claim of ownership.
CNDS has no guaranteed monetary value and cannot currently be traded, transferred, sold, exchanged, withdrawn, or used outside the application.

• No Hardware Mining:
Candesco does NOT perform hardware-based mining.
The application does not use your device’s CPU, GPU, or battery to process blockchain transactions.
CNDS accumulation is based on user interaction and simulated engagement mechanics.

• Future Evolution:
The project team may explore blockchain, on-chain, or additional ecosystem solutions in the future.
Any such development is not guaranteed and depends on technical feasibility, user growth, regulatory conditions, business sustainability, and ecosystem readiness.

• No Guarantees:
Participation in the application does not constitute an investment, financial product, financial advice, or expectation of profit.
No future value, listing, conversion, withdrawal, or exchangeability of CNDS is promised or guaranteed.

• Reward Adjustments:
Candesco may update, limit, rebalance, pause, or adjust rewards, boosts, referral rules, promotional campaigns, app mechanics, or simulation rates to protect fairness, security, and sustainability.
